How We Work

1. Start With a Conversation

Every project begins with understanding your goals. Tell us what you’re looking for — product ideas, budget, timelines, or inspiration — and we’ll guide you toward the best options for your brand.

2. Receive a Clear, Detailed Quote

We’ll send you a quote outlining:

  • Product details
  • Decoration method
  • Setup fees (if any)
  • Production timelines
  • Shipping estimates
  • Taxes

No surprises. No hidden fees.

3. Artwork & Digital Proofs

Once you’re ready to move forward, we prepare your artwork and send a digital proof showing:

  • Logo placement
  • Sizing
  • Colours
  • Layout

You review it. You approve it. Production begins only after your written approval.

4. Payment Process

To begin production, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or according to approved account terms.

We accept:

  • E‑transfer (preferred)
  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Cheque (approved clients)

All pricing is in CAD. HST applies.

5. Production & Timelines

Once your proof is approved and deposit received, your order moves into production. Typical timelines range from 5–15 business days, depending on the product and decoration method.

Rush options are available on many items.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Canada using trusted carriers. Delivery timelines vary by location. While we can’t control courier delays, we’ll always help you navigate any issues.

7. Quality Standards & Variations

A small overrun or underrun (±5–10%) is standard in the promotional products industry. Your final invoice reflects the actual quantity delivered.

Colour variations may occur due to materials and production processes — this is normal for custom decoration.

8. After Delivery

If anything arrives defective, notify us within 7 days. We’ll replace or credit defective items at our discretion.
